Rob Hanlon discovered his love of food at 14, when home economics classes in school led him to bake his aunty Florence's apple pie for his Junior Cert exam. Over the two decades since, he has studied Culinary Arts at TU Dublin and worked across fine dining kitchens in Ireland and abroad — from training under chef George Calombaris at Mama Baba in Melbourne, to roles at the Hayman Island resort on the Great Barrier Reef and aboard Seabourn's cruise ships, cooking regional and local produce across the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
Since 2021, Rob has brought that global, hands-on pedigree ashore as Executive Development Chef with the Culinary Food Group, turning ideas into new products and menus for some of Ireland's and the UK's best-known food brands.
