No stranger to people, Gary has had a highly successful career as a chef in Ireland and abroad and is well-known as one of the chefs from The Restaurant TV show.
He previously led kitchens at Château du Coudreceau and Viewmount House, earning accolades like the Georgina Campbell Hospitality Hero Award.
