demonstrator known for her vibrant, seasonal cooking and
energetic demos.

With over 20 years in food and hospitality,
Erica brings fun and flavour to every dish. You might recognise
her from The Six O’Clock Show or festivals like Bloom. She
loves making great food approachable, mixing Irish classics
with bold Mediterranean flavours. Expect colour, laughter and
a little chaos.
