STEFAN MATZ – GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF INUA Collection of Hotels & Cliste Hospitality
Stefan joined Cliste Hospitality in 2019 as Group Executive Chef overseeing the culinary operations of the growing portfolio of 14 hotels & restaurants within the Cliste Consultancy brand including the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge.
Prior to Cliste Hospitality Stefan managed his own catering consultancy focusing on menu development & implementation, culinary training and recruitment. Previously he was Executive Chef at Ashford Castle and the g Hotel in Galway to name just a few. Stefan was also the co-owner to Erriseask House Hotel in Connemara where he was awarded with a Michelin Star & Bib Gourmand simultaneously. Other awards include Chef of the Year Awards and Star Ratings throughout the years by most Irish food guides.
