Holly White

Holly White has worked as a broadcaster and journalist in Ireland for over a decade. She has been vegan for 5 years and trained with top vegan chefs worldwide.

Her focus is adding flavour to vegan food while keeping preparation quick and practical. She is certified in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University and aims to improve perceptions of vegan food.

Holly White has collaborated with brands like Insomnia Coffee Company, Camile Thai, and recently The Garden Room in The Merrion Hotel, where she worked with head chef Ed Cooney to create a vegan menu. Her debut cookbook Vegan-ish was published by Gill Books in September 2018.
