Our commitment and approach to maintaining an accessible website

We take the following measures to ensure our website is accessible:

We aim to meet “Level AA” conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Ensure that all new information on the website will achieve “Level AA” conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Write clear, succinct content using plain language principles.
Structure content using semantic HTML elements like main, section, nav etc.
Enable users to navigate most of the website using just a keyboard.
Provide text alternatives for images, videos, multimedia using alt text, captions.
Create accessible forms, buttons and navigation.
Ensure sufficient contrast ratio between text/images and background colours.
Provide users enough time to read and use website content.
Avoid content that causes seizures or physical reactions like flickering, strobing or blinking.

Areas for improvement

We are aware of some areas on the website where we could improve accessibility.

Captions on all of our video content.
Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen reader software.
Some third-party functionality may not be keyboard navigable.

We are currently working to achieve this.
